The terms and conditions for booking with MyCyprusTrasnfer:
Our services are governed by general conditions. Below you will find those applicable to taxis in Cyprus.
MyCyprusTrasnfer reserves the right to cancel the taxi service at any time in the case of accidents and related delays, unplanned demonstrations and organised disruptions, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riots, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our control. However, we endeavour to do our best to ensure that this does not happen.
Making a booking
In order to make a reservation, all bookings must be placed and received by us at least 24 hours before your planned departure. All bookings made less than 24 hours before must be requested via the 24-hour contact number.
Special requests
Transfers at night between 10pm and 6am, will be subjected to a €10 surcharge. Transporting children under the age of 4 will require the use of a car seat. Please request a car sear at the time of booking. There will be no additional charges for a car seat. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are using a wheelchair, carrying golf bags, etc., and if you will be travelling with your pet.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at any time, but please let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup to allow us to re-schedule accordingly.
Departure or arrival at the airport
Please inform us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed or if you have changed your flight. In the case of delays, please call us if the delay is more than 45 minutes. Provided you have supplied the correct flight information on your booking, no charge will be made for any flight delays.
Right of admittance
We reserve the right to refuse carriage of any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We also reserve the right to refuse those whose behaviour or language is thought to be abusive or offensive and could pose a threat, or cause damage or offence to the chauffeur or any other passenger(s).
Waiting time
The chauffeur will wait at the agreed pickup point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. After one hour, we will charge you €12.50 for every additional 15 minutes thereafter.
